वकील की फीस थी एक हजार पांच सौ डॉलर जो उस कमीने वकील ने मुझे बताई,
आगे की कहानी इस प्रकार से होती है

ये सारे फोन नम्बर और आईडी वगैरा इतने शानदार तरीके से व्यवस्थित किये होते हैं कि कोई भी कहीं भी किसी फ्रौड़ की गंध नहीं पा सकता लेकिन वास्तविकता ये है

एक बार वकील के कहे अनुसार उसकी फीस उनके दिए हुए बैंक अकाउंट में जमा करवा दो, फिर सारी जिन्दगी उनके कहे अनुसार रकम बैंक में जमा करवाते रहो या अपनी जमा करवाई हुई रकम को भूल जाओ या पुलिस के यहाँ चक्कर खाते रहो.

मैंने वकील और करोड़ पत्नी दोनों को कहा कि मेरे करोड़ों के बैंक बैलेंस में से रकम काटकर बाकी की रकम का चैक बनवा दो ऊपर से दस बीस हजार डॉलर और खा ले, लेकिन वो तो एडवांस के बिना काम करने को तैयार नहीं हुआ और मैं एडवांस देने को राजी नहीं हुआ.....

आश्चर्य है कि ऐसे मेल को कचरा पेटी में डालने के बजाय पत्र व्यवहार किया गया और बारम्बार ..............
ऐसे में यदि कोई फंस जाए तो कोई आश्चर्य नहीं ............
मैंने तो ऐसे सन्देश बिना पढ़े ही मिटा दिए हैं वैसे ये सन्देश मुझे इ मेल के मुख्य पृष्ठ पर नहीं मिलते बल्कि स्पैम पेटी में मिलते हैं जिन्हें मिटाना ही होता है / धन्यवाद /

मुझे पता था ये फ्रॉड है
लेकिन फ्रॉड किस स्तर पर और कब होता है
ये जानना जरूरी था.

और पता चल गया
यदि मैं वकील से पत्र व्यवहार करता तो वो मुझसे फीस मांगता और मैंने वकील से मिलने को मना किया तो लड़की ने चारा फेका ----
उसने पहले के पत्र व्यवहार के लिए साढ़े चार लाख डॉलर देने की पेशकश की
जब मैंने उसके बताये व्यक्ति "तथाकथित फादर" से संपर्क किया तो उसने चेक भेजने के एवज में तीन सौ तीस यूरो मांगे कि ये कोरियर वाले को देने होंगे. तीन सौ तीस यूरो का मतलब लगभग २०-२२ हजार रुपये.

दादा मैंने अपना मेल ID २००६ में Yahoo! पर बनाया था| जो मेरा असली (प्रोफेशनल ID) है| कुछ वक़्त बाद मैंने वयस्क साईटों पर एक्सेस करने के लिए एक छ्दम ID बनाया| जोकि २००८ में कहीं से लीक हो गया|
इन्ही दिनों मै एक ditective बन चुका था| तब हमारे पास भारत सरकार का भेजा हुआ २-३ पेज का एक मेल आया जिसे मूलतः FBI (अमेरिका) से भेजा गया था| जिसे मैंने प्रिंट करके अपने पास रख लिया था|
उस मेल में नाईजीरियन फ्रॉड से आगाह किया गया था| कि किस तरह वे लोग कारोंणों डालर का जिक्र करते हुए लालच भरे मेल भेजकर फसाते है| सिक्योरिटी मनी के नाम पर हमसे एक बार या कई बार में करके या किसी अन्य बहाने से हमसे पैसे ट्रांसफर करवाते है| उल्टा हम उनके शिकार होकर सब कुछ लुटा बैठते हैं| तो इन्ही पर ध्यान न देने कि चेतावनी दी गई थी|

जैसा कि मैंने बताया मेरा दूसरा ID लीक हो गया था| जिस पर कुछ समय बाद ऐसे ही लालच भरे मेल आने लगे जैसे 'हम आपको अपनी जायदाद का ट्रस्टी बनाना चाहते हैं'; या 'आपकी लोटरी लगी है'; या 'मै आपको अपना पार्टनर बनाना चाहती हूँ'| वगैरह...............

मैंने एक-आध बार ऐसे मेल को खोल कर देखा| उसकी सामग्री पढ़ कर मुझे FBI के मेल का ध्यान आ गया| तो मैंने ऐसे मेल को तुरंत डीलीट कर दिया| उसके बाद से मैंने ऐसे किसी भी मेल पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया|
अब ऐसे आने वाले कोई भी सन्देश सीधे ही SPAM फोल्डर में चले जाते हैं|

और सिर्फ हम या आप ही नहीं नेट का इस्तेमाल करने वाले बहुत से लोगों के पास ऐसे मेल आते है जिनमे से कुछ लोग लालचवश उसपर कदम उठाते हैं और उनका शिकार हो जाते हैं|

ऐसे फ्रॉड करने वाले बहुत से लोग हमारे ही देश में रहकर अपने काम को अंजाम देते हैं जिनमे से कभी-कभी कोई पुलिस के हाथ भी लग जाता है|

आपने सही कहा २००८ में वहां पर महंगाई कि वजह से १०००० डॉलर का नया नोट जारी किया गया था| जिससे सिर्फ एक ब्रेड का पैकेट ही खरीदा जा सकता है|

एक व्यक्ति को उसके आईडी पर सन्देश आया कि उसने करोड़ों की लोटरी जीती है
उसने मेल भेजने वालों से सम्पर्क किया और लोटरी का पैसा कैसे प्राप्त होगा ये पूछा तो उसे बताया गया कि बैंक द्वारा कस्टम क्लीयरेंस के इतने रुपये जमा करवाने हैं और इस अकाउंट नम्बर में जमा करवाने हैं.
बंदे की बंद आँखें तब खुली जब उन्होंने तीसरी बार में भी किसी और क्लीयरेंस के नाम से धन और जमा करवाने को कहा....
तब उसे पता चला कि वो ठगा जा रहा है
उसने पुलिस से मदद ली तो वो बैंक अकाउंट मुंबई की ब्रांच का निकला जहां से पुलिस ने खाता धारक का पता निकलवा कर उस खाता धारक को दबोचा और रुपये वसूले गए.
लेकिन ये खाता धारक तो सिर्फ मुख्य अपराधी का दलाल मात्र था, मुख्य अपराधी हर देश में अपने दलाल बनाकर उनके नाम से बैंक खाते खुलवा कर उन में धन जमा करवाते हैं और कमीशन के बदले में कमाई खाते हैं
