Well buddies,my vote goes for Sourav Ganguly . In the initial stage of his captaincy , he got a very shattered team low in self confidence. He inspired them, taught them self respect and boosted them into a wining unit who does not care any cricket team in the world . Dhoni is now enjoying the fruit's of Sourav's hard work.

मेरे लिए तो सचिन आधुनिक क्रिकेट के सम्राट हैं..........क्योकि जिस तरह से वो २१ साल से खेलते आ रहे हैं उस हिसाब ये इतनी अच्छी तरह के खेलते रहना और रिकॉर्ड बनाते रहना............भविष्य में किसी भी खिलाडी के लिए असंभव होगा................दुनियां में सिर्फ एक की don है........ठीक उसी तरह भविष्य में भी एक ही sachin होगा..........

सचिन के करियर की जब शुरुआत थी उन्ही दिनों एक वन डे मैच जो किन्ही कारणों से फ्रेडली मैच में बदल दिया गया था में श्री कान्त के साथ खेलते हुए जब श्री कान्त से रन बनाना मुश्किल हो रहा था, सचिन ने अब्दुल कादिर के एक ओवर की पहली पांच गेंदों पर २२ रन मारे, उस पर अब्दुल कादिर जैसे गेंदबाज इतना बौखला गये थे कि उन्होंने अंतिम गेंद लेग स्टम्प में लगभग एक फुट बाहर फेंकी थी जिस पर भी सचिन ने दो और रन लिए थे

वो ओवर मैं कभी नहीं भूल सकता
