Restoration of lost google hindi input setup

This is the case history of my problem. When I could not rectify the problem on my own, I took up the matter with the Admin people. Thank god, after groping in dark for three days, I could rectify the problem with the help of Abhishek ji and jitendra garg ji.

For the general benefit of other members of the forum, I would like to reproduce the communication which was exchanged between me and the above mentioned friends which will come handy in case somebody comes across a similar situation/problem.

Namaskar, Abhishek ji. Until three days back I was using google hindi input set up without any problem and was able to type in hindi. But suddenly, while I was fiddling with certain options to ensure their location on the bottom taskbar, the software seems to have vanished from my computer. Since then, I have tried to re-instal the google device several times. Even after the device having been installed successfully, it won't work. There is no language option appearing as it used to near the time and date slot. Please suggest ways to rectify the problem. Thanks.

Rajnish ji,
Aapki problem sun kar lagta hai, aap regional & language settings ke sath kuch kar rahe the. aapne system me language bar disable kar di hai. main aapko kisi chat par jyada aaram se tareeka bata sakta hu. bina system ke saamne baithe, main aapko kuch setting check karne ko bata sakta hu, lekin guarantee nahi de sakta ki sab theek ho hi jayega. aap mujhe facebook ya google talk par invite bhej dijiye, agar aap ye upyog karte hai to. ya phir tech section me thread bhi bana sakte hai. chat se thoda jaldi ho jayega, lekin thread se baaki log bhi ye sab try kar sakte hai.
Khair, abhi ye kuch steps try kijiye.
1) pehle software uninstall kijiye.
2) agar aap windows vista ya uske baad ka software use karte hai, to start menu me "language" type kijiye. XP me control panel me "regional & language option" dhundhiye.
3) jo window khulegi usme keyboard wali tab par jaiye, aur dekhiye, kya kya install hai. Wahan, English (UK) ko default karke, baaki sab hata dijiye. Ok par click kijiye aur window close kar dijiye.
4) ab wo software waapis install kariye.
5) waapis wahi language wali window kholiye, aur dekhiye, usme ab kitne keyboard aa rahe hai. agar aap software sahi install kiye hai, to wahan hindi ya English (US) add ho jayegi.
6) agar yahan tak sab theek hai, to agli tab me "language bar" option dhundiye. wahan par "floating" ya "on the taskbar" likha hoga language bar location ke aage. usko, "on the taskbar" par kariye, aur Ok click kariye.
7) agar language bar abhi bhi nahi aati hai, to taskbar par right-click kijiye. usme toolbars me language bar hoga, usko select kariye.
agar ye sab kaam nahi karta hai, to wapis idhar post kijiye. agar ho sake, to screenshot attach kijiye. agar windows vista hai, to snip tool use kar sakte hai. print screen se jyada aasaan hai ye tool, screenshot lene ke liye. agar windows 7 ya 8 use karte hai to screen recorder use kar sakte hai, usme video jaise saare steps record hote, aur sirf ek baar save karna hota.
