Reliance mobile has worst service in MP and CG

Recently I brought a new reliance postpaid mobile connection and after two days released that they have worst service. No customer care number is available.
Most of the time my number is not reachable.
I think Airtel has best service in MP and CG.

4-5 years back, when I was in college, I used to have reliance mobile. I never faced any problem.. Moreover, the sound quality was also good. I can't comment about customer care because I never contacted their service.. .. :)
