Maine hal hi me ek kahani likhi hai, "The Vultures." Yeh Delhi ke November 1984 dangon par adharit hai aur isme kuch autobiographical element bhi hai. Maine jab Manto ji ki kahani "Toba Tek Singh" padhi toh mujhe laga ki joh khyal mujhe itne salon se sata raha hai uske bare likh hi daloon toh acha hai.
