Dhara ‘jalebi’ ad: Parzan Dastur is still known as the kid from the famous Dhara ad, where he delectably says, "jalebiii...". That is if you don’t remember him as the tiny sardar kid from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

Ece bulb ad: So Suresh Bhagwat (Ghanshu Bhikari from Nukkad) is just stepping out of the house when his wife reminds him, “Bhool na jaana… ECE bulb laana”. Before he could respond the entire neighbourhood is reminding him about the same (in Gujarati, Bengali & Marathi!) What a fun advertisement!

Pan Parag ad: Two legendary actors, Shammi Kapoor and Ashok Kumar, in the same ad. That must have been a casting coup in those days. There was another Pan Parag ad featuring Jalal Agha (from Mehbooba O' Mehbooba song in Sholay) which was also quite a popular commercial.

Vicks classic ad: You may remember Jayant Kripalani as Genelia D’souza’s cool father in Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na. But this is how he first shot to fame…

Lal dant manjan ad: I don’t think that any one of us had ever used this tooth cleaning powder (wasn’t it meant for grannies and grandpas?). But the catchphrase “tumhare daant toh motiyon jaise chamak rahe hain” did catch on with children and adults alike.

Bajaj bulbs & tubes ad: Jab Mein Chota Ladka Tha, Badi Shararat Karta Tha, Meri Chori Pakdi Jaati,Jab Roshan Hota Bajaj….. Bet you are already revisiting your childhood in your head, thinking about the naughty things you did as a kid.

Hajmola ad: It’s astonishing that even after so many decades there is no completion for Dabur ka Hajmola? People still take that tangy-sweet tablet to digest their food. Chatpata Swad Jhatpat Araam, indeed!
