Accordingly, Call Letters alongwith “Instructions for Candidates” to all above-mentioned provisionally shortlisted candidates for
Main (2nd stage) written examination are being sent by Speed Post.
Attention of candidates is being invited to the “Instructions for Candidates” being dispatched alongwith call-letter, wherein it is indicated that they have to exercise their option in order of priority in the upper portion of Call-letter for various posts of Railway Recruitment Board/Bhubaneswar notified against CEN-03/2012. They are advised to read these instructions very carefully before exercising options and fill up the boxes mentioned on the call-letter with priority no. from 1 to 6 well before coming to the Main exam scheduled on 18.8.2013.
Schedule of Main (2nd Stage) Written Examination For Various Posts of NTPC Graduate Categories
Date of Written Examination : 18-08-2013
Reporting Time For Candidate : 10:30 Hrs.
Exam Duration & Venue : 90 Minutes (11:00 to 12:30) Bhubaneswar
Date of Issue of Duplicate Call-Letters : 16-08-2013 and 17-08-2013
The call-letters indicating date, time and venue of examination centre for Main Written Examination to above mentioned candidates against above mentioned Notifications have been sent at the corresponding address given in Application form. Railway Recruitment Board, Bhubaneswar will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery of call-letter. Those candidates who do not get call-letters or who have been issued call-letters with wrong name, date of birth, community, category number, photograph may come personally with proof to Railway Recruitment Board, D-79/80, Rail Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751023. Odisha as per schedule given above from 09.30 hours to 17.00 hours for getting corrected/duplicate call letters.

RRB, Bhubaneswar regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
