मैंने जो बात कही वो किसी भी बात को कहने एक स्पेशल तरीका होता है जिसको
अतिशयोक्ति अलंकार कहते है| अलंकार को अंग्रेजी में figures ऑफ़ स्पीच कहते है| वैसे इसे पूर्ण रूप से अतिशयोक्ति भी नहीं कहा जा सकता|

भारत सरकार के २००८ की annual रिपोर्ट के anusaar 52.5% गाँव में अभी बिजली नहीं पहुच पाई है.और अभी में हमारे गाँव में कोई शाहरुख़ खान नहीं पंहुचा है जो बिजली पैदा कर दे और मोटर चलने लगे|
और एक बात... अभी भी ग्रामीण भारत में कृषि के लिए infrastructure जैसे पक्के रोड, बिजली, खाद इत्यादि का घोर अभाव है. जो किसान क़र्ज़ के दबा हुआ है वो ट्रक्टर और महेंगे खाद कहा से लायेगा|
