User should be given a warning message for the first time before they enter inside the these kinds of websites. If a child still wants to enter, its their and their parents problem.
The IT deparment of India should make sure that these websites are following all the IT laws, if they are not following IT laws, they should be banned and case must be filed and necessary actions should be taken. Government should have separate cyber police to monitor these websites.
It’s impossible that these kinds of sites will ever cause some kind of public disorder. It never has, and never will be.
