Bad Habits That Are Good For Health

Every one have bad habits, no matter how hard we try we cannot get rid of these bad habits. Actually some bad habits are good for our health. Here we list some bad habits that will bring a change to your life in some way.

Chewing Gum : Chewing Gum is good for health. It boost the memory power and curb those food cravings.

Belching : Belching (also known as burping) is the release of gas from the digestive tract through the mouth. Though this bad habit is impolite, but it will trigger chest pain as well.So it is good for our health.
Breakfast in Bed : Taking breakfast in bed is a bad habit but it is good for health, it aids digestion. However, you should make a note that when you are in bed keep, yourself upright with pillows to prevent indigestion.
Over sleeping : Over sleeping once a week is good for health as it helps to improve our long term memory.
Fidgeting : This one of the worst habit which actually good for our health. It is a Key to Concentration and exercising your brain that keeps you active and alert.
Spitting : It is considered rude and a social taboo in many parts of the world including west, No matter how disgusting this is, it is one of the bad habits which is actually good for your health.Spitting can help clear the throat for easier breathing. In colder weather, saliva tends to thicken up, making it slightly more difficult to breath. By spitting, and then drinking fluids, athletes can open their throats for easier passage of air.
Cracking The Knuckles : Cracking your knuckles can have therapeutic benefits. When you crack one of your joints you are pulling the bones that are connected at the joint apart from each other. This process stimulates your tendons, relaxes your muscles, and loosens your joints.
Biting Your Nails : It is the most common habit that people have. But it is a good habit. It is believed that the bugs we encounter when we bite our nails can boost our immune system.
