- Din mein kewal ek bar halka bhojan kare.
- Hari sabjiyo ka sevan vishesh roop se kare.
- Shaam ko sirf Fruits khaye.
- Bhojan ke baad pani na piye.
- Chaiye, coffee, charbi badane wali aur meethi cheezo ko kam se kam sevan karein.
- Dono samay bhojan ke turant baad ek glass kosa garam pani piye aur jitna garam piya ja sake utna piye.
