You will be required to purchase a website package and you need to promote that package and get people to sign up for it. It is a disguised version of an MLM program where the website package is the product you need to sell.
These scammers take advantage of your desperation to make money without spending much time and effort. If it had been real, everyone in the world would have become rich with no effort. There is absolutely no easy method to make money that gives you instant results with no effort. The only person who makes a profit will be the one selling the turnkey system.
