Are you different?
A junior Software Engineer wants to become a senior Engineer... A Senior Engineer wants to be Senior Software Engineer..... A Senior Software Engineer wants to get a Team lead position... A team lead wants to be come a PM........................... A PM wants to be Delivery Manager so that he can control more projects..... A Delivery Manager wants to become Account Head so that he can control whole account.......... An Account Head wants to become Vertical Head so as to control more accounts......... A vertical head wants to be a CTO........ A CTO wants to be CEO............. Every CEO should know he is nothing once he resigns.....Thats the coporate truth. 99 % people follow this chain....To be different takes courage...Are you different ?. |

Yes I am. I am thinking of starting my own organization, with just 1 employee. That way I will be my own boss, junior, senior, PM, TL, and CEO.
