I actually don't know myself the answer. I was keen to know, though i would like to agree with you here Arvind Bhai because it seems to be most convincing answer. UPANT world means somewhat like semi-final so it can be used for word 'Margin'. So Hats off to you for this answer, its a real great finding.

'Kinara' is not a hindi word so we can not consider that.

गूगल ट्रांस्लेट से मैंने भी "उपांत" खोज लिया था। लेकिन यह शब्द तनिक भी प्रचलित नहीं है।
किनारा शब्द हाशिया का हिन्दी रूपान्तरण हो सकता है लेकिन इससे कागज के हाशिया का स्पष्ट अर्थ नहीं निकलता !

So how to remember the meaning of word Junket.
