भारत में अभी भी इन्साफ जिंदा है.

जो सबसे महत्वपूर्ण खबर इस हफ्ते आई वो यह है की कोर्ट ने 2G के आठों आरोपियों को बेल देने से मना कर दिया. क्यों मना किया गया, क्या दलील है, सीबीआई का रोल कैसा रहा, सरकार क्या चाह रही थी. बहुत सारे सवाल हैं. जिनको समझना है और इनके अन्दर की कहानी को भी जानना है. मीडिया में कुछ दिन पहले से, आप देख रहे होंगे की एक बहस चल रही थी जिसमे कहा जा रहा था की हमारे सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुताबिक़ बेल रुल है और जेल exception है, मतलब यह समझाया गया है मीडिया के द्वारा देश को लोगो को की भाई चार्ज शीट तयार हो गया है. ११ नवम्बर से इसकी सुनवाई होगी, जो होना था हो गया, इसलिए नियम के मुताबिक़ राजा और कानिमोनी को बेल मिल जानी चाहिए. सब लोग यही कह रहे थे. दिल्ली से करूणानिधि आते है सोनिया जी से मिलते हैं. सीबीआई ने भी कोर्ट में कानिमोनी के बेल के ऊपर कोर्ट में विरोध नहीं करने का फैसला किया था. इससे क्या शाबित हो रहा था की सीबीआई सरकार की कटपुतली मात्र है और अन्ना जी का सही कहना है सीबीआई को लोकपाल के नीचे लाओ तभी कुछ हो सकता है. भ्रस्टाचार एक मुद्दा है यह कोर्ट भी जान रही है, सरकार को भी पता है और देश की जनता भी इससे त्रस्त है. फिर कोर्ट में फैसला आया, कोर्ट ने कहा किसी को जमानत नहीं मिलेगी. यह विश्वासघात का मामला, यह एक षड़यंत्र है, यह एक ठन्डे दिमाग से क्या एक अपराध है, लोगो के पैसे को लुटा गया है. इसलिए इसपर जमानत नहीं दी जा सकती. अब यह सवाल उठ खड़ा हुआ है की सीबीआई ने जमानत का विरोध क्यों नहीं किया. ऐसा पक्षपात क्यों हुआ की राजा को बेल मत दो और कानिमोनी को दे दो. ऐसा सीबीआई ने कोर्ट में क्यों कहा. इस मामले में जस्टिस सैनी को सलाम करना चाहिए. उन्होंने केवल फैसला ही नहीं सुनाया है और इस फैसले में जो उन्होंने logic दिया है वो बहुत ही अच्छी है और दोषी को सजा देने में काफी कारगर होगी.
