लो-ब्लडप्रेशर में आजमाएं यह उपाय

आजकल की भागदौड़ और तनाव भरी जिंदगी में ब्लडप्रेशर की शिकायत होना आम बात है । चक्कर आना, आंखों में अंधेरा होना, हाथ पैर ठंडे पड़ना, कुछ पल के लिए बेहोशी, लेटने, खड़े होने अौर बैठने में ब्लड प्रेशर के स्तर में बदलाव होना, ये सभी निम्न रक्तचाप के लक्षण हैं ।अगर आपको लो-ब्लडप्रेशर की समस्या है, तो नीचे दिए गए उपाय आपकी मदद कर सकते हैं-




1 तुरंत नमक का पानी पिएं । अगर आपको डायबिटीज हो तो खाएं।
2 तुरंत बैठ जाएं या फिर लेट जाएं।
3 अपनी मुट्ठी बांधें, फिर खोलें। ऐसा बार- बार करें।
4 अपने पैरों को हिलाते रहें, अर्थात सक्रिय रखें।


अन्य उपाय
1 50 ग्राम देशी चने व 10 ग्राम किशमिश को रात में 100 ग्राम पानी में किसी भी कांच के बर्तन में रख दें। सुबह चनों को किशमिश के साथ अच्छी तरह से चबा-चबाकर खाएं और पानी को पी लें। केवल किशमिश का प्रयोग भी कर सकते हैं।

2 गाजर के 200 ग्राम रस में पालक का 50 कम ब्लडप्रेशर में गाजर भी आपके लिए फायदेमंद हो सकती है। इसके लिए लगभग 200 ग्राम गाजर के रस में एक चौथाई पालक का रस मिलकाकर पिएं। यह आपके लिए बेहद लाभदायक सिद्ध होगा ।


3 छाछ में नमक, भुना हुआ जीरा और हींग मिलाकर, इसका सेवन करते रहने से भी ब्लड प्रेशर नियंत्रित रहता है ।



4 दालचीनी के पाउडर को प्रतिदिन गर्म पानी के साथ लेने से भी आपको इस समस्या में लाभ मिल सकता है, इसके लिए सुबह-शाम यह प्रयोग करें ।

5 लो-बीपी के कारण अगर चक्कर आने की शिकायत हो, आंवले के रस में शहद मिलाकर खाने से बहुत जल्दी राहत मिलती है ।इसके अलावा आंवले का मुरब्बा भी ब्लडप्रेशर के रोगियों के लिए एक बेहतर
विकल्प है।





7 अदरक के छोटे-छोटे करके, उनमें नींबू का रस और सेंधा नमक मिलाकर रख दें। अब इसे प्रतिदिन भोजन से पहले थोड़ी-थोड़ी मात्रा में खाते रहें। दिनभर में 3 से 4 बार भी इसका सेवन आप कर सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से रक्तचाप की समस्या कुछ ही दिनों में समाप्त हो जाएगी।


8 टमाटर के रस में थोड़ी-सी काली मिर्च और नमक डालकर पिएं। इससे कुछ ही समय में निम्न रक्तचाप में लाभ होगा।

9 लो- ब्लड प्रेशर को सामान्य बनाये रखने में चुकंदर का रस काफी फायदेमंद साबि*त होता है। प्रतिदिन सुबह-शाम इसका सेवन करने से एक सप्ताह में ब्लड प्रेशर में सुधार होता है।


10 इन सभी उपायों के अलावा निम्न रक्तचाप के मरीजों को पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर भोजन करना चाहिए, साथ ही पैदल चलना या फिर व्यायाम करना उनके लिए बेहद लाभदायक सिद्ध होता है।

क्या नमक खाने से ब्लड प्रेशर ठीक हो जाता है? लेकिन डॉक्टर्स तो ब्लड प्रेशर के मरीज को नमक से परहेज करने की सलाह देते हैं।

विकास जी ,लो- ब्लड प्रेशर में नमक लाभकारी होता है किन्तु उच्च रक्तचाप में नुकसान देह होता है .. कोई भी घरेलु दवाई लेने से पहले यदि डॉ . की सलाह ली जाय तो ये सावधानी लाभदयक रहेगी .
