भारतीय शेयर बाजार (कैसे और कहा करे निवेश)

भारतीय शेयर बाजार की पहचान आज समुचे भारत ही नही बल्की विश्व के हर देश मे अपना आस्तित्व कायम कर चुका है । जब भी निवेश की बात आती है तो इसको जरुर याद किया जाता है । परन्तु सही जानकारी के आभाव मे आज भी आम इंसान इसके लाभ से वंचित है और अपने निवेश को सही अंजाम तक नही पहुचा पाता है ।

इस सुत्र मे मै उन सभी मित्रो से निवेदन करुगा जो शेयर बाजार से जुडे है वो अपनी अपनी जानकारी अपने मित्रो के साथ बाटे और सही निवेश कैसे करे उस पर चर्चा करे । जिससे उनके निवेश को सही दिशा मिल पाये । शेयर मार्केट और निवेश से जुड़ी जो भी जानकारी आप यहां प्रस्तुत करे ।

आपके हिसाब से बाजार का रुख कैसा है/
क्या अभी छोटे निवेशको को बाजार में रुकना चाहिए या फिर थोड़ा मुनाफा हो तो निकल जाना चाहिए?
क्या आपको लगता है की बाजार जल्दी ही अपनी अच्छी गति में आ जायेगा?

अगर share मार्केट में पैसे लगाना है तो मैने सुना है कोई demat अकाउंट खोलना पड़ता है. demat अकाउंट क्या होता है, और इसका ख़ाता कैसे खोला जाता है?

भारत में शेयर बाजार जिसका की नियामक सेबी नामक संस्था है जैसे बैंको का नियामक रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया है
दो डिपोजिटरी सेवा है जो आपके डीमेट खातों की देखरेख हेतु है "NSDL(National Securities Depository Ltd.) और CDSL(Central Depository Services (India) Limited.) "
यहाँ प्रमुखतः दो एक्सचेंज काम करता है "बोम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज"
इसके बाद आते हैं ब्रोकर (दलाल) जो की एक्सचेंज से रेजिस्टर्ड होते हैं और ये ब्रोकर बनाते हैं सबब्रोकर (उपदलाल).
अब बात करते हैं डीमेट खाते की "ये होता क्या है"
जिस तरह बैंक खाते से आप अपने पैसों का लेनदेन करते हैं ठीक उसी तरह शेयर की खरीद बिक्री आप डीमेट खाते के द्वारा कर सकते हैं.
डीमेट खाता आप किसी भी ब्रोकर या सबब्रोकर के पास खुलवा सकते हैं. इसके लिए बहुत सारी कम्पनियां अलग अलग तरह के लुभावने स्कीम लाती रहती है.
अब सेबी के नियम भी काफी सख्त हैं इसलिए धांधली की गुंजाइश ना के बराबर ही है फिर भी आप सावधानी पूर्वक सभी दस्तावेज पढ़ें.

नमस्कार,

बाजार में अभी कंपनीयो के नतीजो का सीजन आ चालू हो गया है तो बाजार का रुझान कुल मिला कर मिला-जुला ही रहेगा । ये देखना है कि नतीजे कैसे आ रहे है । वैसे इस बार नतीजो के अच्छे आने की उम्मीद है इस लिये रुख बाजार का इधर से ऊपर का अनुमानित है । पर साथ-साथ मे अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारो पर नजर रखनी होगी और कच्चे तेल के भाव पर भी । अगर कच्चा तेल के भाव इसी स्थान पर रहते है और ऊपर नही जाते है तो भी बाजार अच्छा रहने की संभावना है ।

रही बात छोटे निवेशको की तो मुनाफ़ा हो तो उसे ले लेना ही उचित है और अगर अभी आपका अनुमानित मुनाफ़ा नही आया है तो आप अभी रुक सकते है ।

Infosys guides 18-20% rev growth; to add 45000 staff

The Infosys Management, at a company press conference announced that the company plans to add 45000 employees this fiscal year. Kris Gopalkrishnan, said that the business environment was normal to conduct normal business, and that the traction from the Banking and Finance space and the Infrastructure space has been good. He further said that he had expected Q4 to be a soft quarter in terms of performance. Gopal added that the company had added 28 new clients last quarter.
Infosys announced that the company was likely to hike employee salary offshore by 2-3% and onshore by 10-12%.
Shibulal, COO said it plans to invest more in healthcare and added that they are truly an enterprise player thus positioning the company during the transformational phase. V Balakrishnan, CFO, Infosys was confident that attrition was coming down and was currently at 17%.
Infosys results lags forecast
IT behemoth Infosys Technologies, with the numbers coming in lower than market expectations. The company posted a net revenue of Rs 7,250 crore as against Rs 5,944 up in the same quarter. Infosys Q4 net profit came in at Rs 1,818 crore versus Rs 1,600 crore YoY up 13.7%.
EBIT margins declined at 29% in January-March quarter as against 30.2% in previous quarter.
FY12 Guidance

The company guided an 18-20% dollar revenue growth for FY12.
The company expects earning per share in the range of Rs 126.05-128.21 for the financial year 2011-12 - growth of 5.5% to 7.3%.
The company's guidance on both revenue and EPS has come in way below analysts expectaions
Mohandas Pai to quit
A surprising announcement that came in was that Mohandas Pai has decided to quit as a Member of the Board at Infosys and has asked the Board to relieve him of the responsibilities after the company's annual general meeting on June 11, 2011.
A note from Narayana Murthy Chairman and Chief Mentor said that Pai would be going forward for higher projects that would be for the greater good of the nation.
"Mohan has been an early adopter and a keen anchor builder of Infosys. It is difficult to imagine Infosys without Mohan's passion, commitment, joie-de-vivre and intellect. We all know that he is taking this painful decision, since he has much bigger projects in the horizon nation building. The Board and every Infoscion thank Mr. Mohandas Pai for his wonderful contribution and wish him great success in his future endeavors," Murthy said in a press conference.
After resigning from the Board and the company, Mohandas Pai told a television channel that he had discussed about his move to step down with Narayan Murthy nine months ago. He added that he hasn't decided anything about his future
Meanwhile, Ravi Venkatesan, former Microsoft India Head has been appointed as the additional director of the company with immediate effect. He will hold office up to the date of the Annual General Meeting, when his appointment as a director will be placed for the approval of the shareholders, said the company's announcement.
Pai joined Infosys in 1994 and has served as a member of the board since May 2000. He was the chief financial officer from 1994 to 2006. In 2006, he voluntarily demitted the office of CFO to lead efforts in the areas of human resources and education and research.
Analysts Expectations
As this money control report says:
The technology bellwether forecast Q4 revenue of $1.60-62 billion, up 23.5-24.8% from a year ago, while rupee revenue is seen in the Rs 7,517-7,230 crore range, up 20.4-21.6%.
However, analysts say the company's guidance has always been conservative and the street wouldn't be surprised if it outperforms in the fourth quarter as well as 2011-12 fiscal.
Though analysts expect QoQ revenue to grow 3-4%, the company prefers to keep its turnover growth figures to 2%.
During calendar year 2010, compared with TCS' 39.5%. The company is realigning its verticals and restructuring big time. Analysts feel that this should help them find synergies across some verticals.
Infosys shares have been trading 6% down in 2011. Since investors and analysts alike have factored in higher growth than the forecast, it'll be interesting to note how the market reacts to the Infosys Q4 results.
