जब से IT industry इंडिया में आई है लोगो के पास ऑफिस में इन्टरनेट आ गया है, और जो लोग फ़ोकट रहते है, काम पर कम ध्यान देते है, वो सभी इन्टरनेट पर ब्लॉग, फोरम, फसबूक, ट्विट्टर आदि पर समय बिताते रहते हैं और हर घटना पर अपने कमेन्ट देते रहते हैं. कुछ कमेन्ट तो काफी जबरदस्त और रोचक होते हैं. इस सूत्र में मैं वैसे ही कुछ कमेन्ट, पोस्ट और tweet पोस्ट करूंगा. उम्मीद करता हूँ, यह सूत्र आप लोगो को पसंद आएगा.

बंगाल के यादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय के प्रोफेसर और उनके पड़ोसी को मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी, रेलमंत्री मुकुल रॉय और पूर्व रेलमंत्री दिनेश त्रिवेदी का व्यंग्यात्मक कोलाज बनाना और उसे सोशल नेटवर्किग साइट व ई मेल पर डालना महंगा पड़ा। शुक्रवार को पुलिस ने रसायन शास्त्र के इस प्रोफेसर अंबिकेश महापात्र व उनके पड़ोसी सुब्रत सेनगुप्ता को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। कुछ घंटों के बाद अलीपुर कोर्ट ने उन्हें पांच-पांच सौ रुपये के निजी मुचलके पर रिहा कर दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने कहा है कि कोई अन्याय करता है तो गिरफ्तार होगा ही।

The translation of the cartoon:

The cartoon is a spoof on the dialogues from the film Sonar Kella by Satyajit Ray. It is the story of Mukul, a kid who recalls his past life including a golden fortress (sonar kella). Two goons kidnap Mukul as they hope to unearth the treasure from the house.

In their bid, they attempt to murder a psychiatrist Dr Hajra, who is accompanying Mukul to Rajasthan to find out truths about his past life.

The cartoon is based on a particular scene in the film where one of the goons (played by Kamu Mukherjee) pushes Dr Hajra from a cliff while the other goon starts impersonating Dr Hajra thereafter.

When Mukul asks about the original Dr Hajra, the goons tell him that he was a dushtu lok (a bad person), hence was made to vanish. The cartoon that drew Mamata's ire depicts her pointing at the railways and asking Mukul Roy if he can see the sonar kella?

The next bit of the spoof has Mukul pointing at Dinesh Trivedi and stating, Ota dushtu lok! (That is the bad guy)

The last part has Mamata gleefully saying, dushtu lok? Vanish!

The great Indian middle class ::

If you are born into a education-emphasized middle class family, then you end studying a good 3 decades, without any aim. At class 10, you choose Biology as per your interests, so as to keep your options open for both medical and engg. Then, after having struggled for two years stying Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and after having excelled in all 4, one waits for the Engg Rank and Medical Rank. As medical seats and few and far between and the ladder to the top is a long and arduous one, the majoirty choose Engg over medical ( those 2 yrs of hard work on biology goes waste). At engg, he is so obsessed with either a Tech job after graduation or an IT job or try GATE (fully technical) or try GMAT/GRE ( English based) or CAT (aptitute/maths/GD). There he gets to choose an Management (therby 4 yrs of tech knowledge goes waste) and ends up doing a MBA from a second-tier school in general management. Finally gets into the IT industry on the business side (does he have any business knowledge ???) as a fresher, gets promoted to a Project manager in 5 yrs and starts playing politics to save his job. A medicine interested teenager turned engg turned MBA graduate turned IT Project Manager !!!

Life goes on and on without any meaning to it.
