9 ways to live happy

---------- 9 RULES to LIVE HAPPY :-)

1 - Live to relax!

2 - Love your bed, it is your temple!

3 - Relax in the day, so that you can sleep at night!

4 - Work is holy, so don't attack it!

5 - Don't do something tomorrow, that you can do the day afterwards!

6 - Work as little as possible. Let the others do what needs to be done!

7 - Don't worry, nobody died from doing nothing, but you could get hurt at work!

8 - If you feel like doing work, sit down and wait until that feeling goes away!

9 - Don't forget: working is healthy! So leave it for the sick people!

बच्चों को सिखाएं कैसे रहें व्यवस्थित

मां-पापा की बच्चों को सिखाई गई एक अच्छी आदत बच्चों के लिए ताउम्र फायदेमंद साबित होती है।

बच्चों के अंदर अच्छी आदत डलवाना किसी जंग जीतने से कम नहीं होता है। खासकर कि उनके अंदर अपने रूम को व्यवस्थित रखने की आदत। कमरे को व्यवस्थित करने की आदत जब बड़ों में मुश्किल से आती है तो बच्चे आखिर बच्चे ही हैं। लेकिन थोड़ी सी कोशिश कर आप उनके अंदर हमेशा के लिए एक अच्छी आदत विकसित कर सकती हैं। यह सिर्फ कमरे को व्यवस्थित करने की बात नहीं है बल्कि यह एक कदम होता है जो आप बच्चों को सिखाते हैं किस तरह व्यवस्थित रहा जाता है।

करें उनको प्रोत्साहित
बच्चों को अगर कुछ नया और अच्छा सिखाना है तो उनको उस काम के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें जो आप उनसे करवाना चाहते हैं। अगर चाहते हैं बच्चे अपना कमरा खुद ब खुद व्यवस्थì
