हंसना ज़रूरी है क्यूंकि..............


1)..सांस बाहर की ओर छोड़ते समय रुक-रुक कर हंसने से शरीर के कई महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सों में रक्त का संचार सुचारू रूप से होता है, जिससे ये अंग मज़बूत होते हैं।

2)..सांस को बाहर की ओर निकालते हुए खुलकर "हो-हो" करते हुए हंसने से तंत्रिका तंत्र और पाचन तंत्र पर अच्छा प्रभाव पड़ता है और इनकी कार्य क्षमता बढती है।

3)..हंसने से हम मन की शक्ति का अधिक से अधिक प्रयोग कर पाते हैं।

4)..सांस बाहर की ओर छोड़ते समय रुक-रुक कर हंसने से शरीर के कई महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सों में रक्त का संचार सुचारू रूप से होता है, जिससे ये अंग मज़बूत होते हैं।

5)..हा-हा … हा-हा की आवाज़ में ज़ोर से हंसने से ब्लड सर्कुलेशन तेज़ होता है।

7)..रात को हास्य योग का अभ्यास करने से सारी चिंताएं मिट जाती हैं और नींद अच्छी आती है।

8)..हंसने से सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का विकास होता है।

9)..हंसना भी एक योग है। इसे हाश्ययोग भी कहा जाता हें|

10)..हंसते समय हमारा दिमाग तनावमुक्त हो जाता है।

11)..हंसने से इधर-उधर भटक रहा मन स्थिर हो जाता है और ध्यान लगाना असान हो जाता है।

12)..खूब हंसना हास्य ध्यान योग लगाने के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है।

13)..हंसने से श्वसन नली में होने वाले इंफेक्शन से बचाव करने वाले एंटीबॉडी इम्यूनोग्लोब्यूलिन ए की मात्रा में वृद्धि होती है।

14)..हंसने से वायरस जनित रोगों और ट्यूमर सेल्स को नष्ट करने वाले किलर सेल्स में बढोत्तरी होती है।

15)..हंसने से मानसिक स्तर बढता है।
