1. अपने कोलेस्ट्रोल स्तर को 130 एमजी/ डीएल तक रखिए-

कोलेस्ट्रोल के मुख्य स्रोत जीव उत्पाद हैं, जिनसे जितना अधिक हो, बचने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। अगर आपके यकृत यानी लीवर में अतिरिक्त कोलेस्ट्रोल का निर्माण हो रहा हो तब आपको कोलेस्ट्रोल घटाने वाली दवाओं का सेवन करना पड़ सकता है।

. अपना सारा भोजन बगैर तेल के बनाएं लेकिन मसाले का प्रयोग बंद नहीं करें-






मसाले हमें भोजन का स्वाद देते हैं न कि तेल का। हमारे 'जीरो ऑयल' भोजन निर्माण विधि का प्रयोग करें और हजारों हजार जीरो ऑयल भोजन स्वाद के साथ समझौता किए बगैर तैयार करें। तेल ट्रिगलिराइड्स होते हैं। रक्त का स्तर 130 एमजी/ डीएल के नीचे रखा जाना चाहिए।

4. हमेशा ही रक्त दबाव को 120/80 एमएमएचजी के आसपास रखें-

बढ़ा हुआ रक्त दबाव विशेष रूप से 130/ 90 से ऊपर आपके ब्लोकेज (अवरोध) को दुगनी रफ्तार से बढ़ाएगा। तनाव में कमी, ध्यान, नमक में कमी तथा यहां तक कि हल्की दवाएं लेकर भी रक्त दबाव को कम करना चाहिए।

अपने वजन को सामान्य रखें-

आपका बॉडी मास इंडेक्स (बीएमआई) 25 से नीचे रहना चाहिए। इसकी गणना आप अपने किलोग्राम वजन को मीटर में अपने कद के स्क्वेयर के साथ घटाकर कर सकते हैं। तेल नहीं खाकर एवं निम्न रेशे वाले अनाजों तथा उच्च किस्म के सलादों के सेवन द्वारा आप अपने वजन को नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं।

6.नियमित रूप से आधे घंटे तक टहलना जरूरी-

टहलने की रफ्तार इतनी होनी चाहिए, जिससे सीने में दर्द नहीं हो और हांफें भी नहीं। यह आपके अच्छे कोलेस्ट्रोल यानी एचडीएल कोलेस्ट्रोल को बढ़ाने में आपकी मदद कर सकता है।

अगर आप मधुमेह से पीड़ित हैं तो शकर को नियंत्रित रखें-

आपका फास्टिंग ब्लड शुगर 100 एमजी/ डीएल से नीचे होना चाहिए और खाने के दो घंटे बाद उसे 140 एमजी/ डीएल से नीचे होना चाहिए। व्यायाम, वजन में कमी, भोजन में अधिक रेशा लेकर तथा मीठे भोज्य पदार्थों से बचते हुए मधुमेह को खतरनाक न बनने दें। अगर आवश्यक हो तो हल्की दवाओं के सेवन से फायदा पहुंच सकता है।

हार्ट अटैक से पूरी तरह बचाव के लिए बस खुश रहें -

हार्ट अटैक से बचने का सबसे आसान संदेश है खुश रहना। किसी भी तरह से धमनियों में रुकावट न होने दें। यदि आप तनाव, झगड़ा, परेशानी, कष्ट को दिमाग से निकाल सकते हैं, तो हार्ट अटैक कभी नहीं होगा।
