भुना बादाम


इसको खाने से तुरंत एनर्जी मिलती है क्*योंकि इसमें ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड होता है। साथ ही इसमें विटामिन ई भी होता है। आपको दिन में लगभग 6 से 8 बादाम खाने चाहिये।

सब्*जियों का शोरबा


शिमला मिर्च, गाजर, बींस, लौगी आदि सब्*जियों का शोरबा केवल नमक और काली मिर्च के साथ खाइये। इन्*हें आप अपने साथ फ्लास्*क में ले जा सकते हैं

फ्रूट स्*मूदी


लंच के समय आप तरबूज या पपीते की स्*मूदी बना कर पी सकते हैं। इससे आपका वेट भी कंट्रोल में रहेगा और आपको सारे पौष्टि तत्*व भी मिलेगें

अगर आप अपने साथ कोई स्*नैक्*स नहीं ले जा पा रहे हैं और आपको बाहर खाना है तो, आप हमेशा सूप पर निर्भर रह सकते हैं। मगर हां, सूप बिना क्रीम का ही होना चाहिये

मधुमेह रोगियों के लिये 15 डायट टिप्*स

मधुमेह के रोगी का भोजन केवल पेट भरने के लिए ही नहीं होता, उसके शरीर में ब्लड शुगर की मात्रा को संतुलित रखने में भी सहायक होता है। चूंकि यह रोग मनुष्य के साथ जीवन भर रहता है इसलिए जरूरी है कि वह अपने खानपान पर हमेशा ध्यान रखे। आमतौर मरीज ब्लडशुगर की नार्मल रिपोर्ट आते ही लापरवाह हो जाता है। मधुमेह के मरीज के मुंह में गया हर कौर उसके स्वास्थ्य को प्रभावित करता है। इसलिए जो भी खाएं सोच समझ कर खाएं।

अगर आप प्री-डायबिटिक या आपके घर में किसी को डायबिटीज की बीमारी है तो सावधान हो जयिये भले ही डायबिटीज को कंट्रोल करने के लिए आप संतुलित भोजन करे लेकिन भारतीयों के लिए डायबिटीज में कार्बोहाईड्रेट, फैट्स और प्रोटीन का रेश्यो 60:20:20 के अनुपात में होनी चाहिए।

मेथी


एक चम्मच मेथी को पूरी रात 100 मिलीलीटर पानी में भिगो दे और फिर सुबह खाली पेट इस पानी को पिए इससे डायबिटीज कंट्रोल रहती है
