I want to show latest vbulletin posts on Wordpress blog sidebar. Is there any way to that? Please help..

First of all, enable RSS feeds for your forum and copy the RSS URL. With the RSS URL, you can add it to your sidebar via the RSS widget found under the Presentations tab of your WP admin. So it's very easy if you have the rss widget on your blog which normally most the wordpress blog have..
