Let S be the set of numbers from 1 to 16. Adam thinks of a number in S and memorizes it. you need to find this no. you can ask 7 questions from him. each question should have a yes or no answer he will answer corectly at least 6 of these. he may also answer all 7 correctly - we don't know.
at the end of this question answer round you have to tell the no. he memorized. give a strategy to do this.

suppose there are 2 people and a pitcher of beer they want equal share one way of pleasing both of them is to ask one to divide the beer into two halves and then ask the other one to choose on of these parts this will make both of them happy it doesn't matter who does the division given that they believe in fairness how can you do the same thing with three people?
