There may be other factors common, so this may not be the only correct answer.

My answer: All of them were born in India.

If this is the answer you were expecting then the list can be greatly expanded.

Here is an expanded list of names with their places of birth but a complete list will be very large because India was part of the British empire once and so if any person is above 68 years of age, there is a good chance he was born in India because his parents were stationed here before 1947

Cliff Richard Born in Lucknow.
Vivien Leigh Born in Darjeeling
Ben Kingsley of Gujarati Descent and probably born in Gujarat, (not sure)
"Spike" Milligan born in Ahmednagar
