This one is difficult.
There is no clue!
I can't see the face, which was my primary clue so far.
Using the actor's identity was the first step with which to begin guessing and searching for confirmation on the web.
I wish I could somehow turn the picture around so or, I could go behind my computer screen to see her face!
Anyway, let me see what I can do.

It's obviously an old Hindi suspense movie

I have to choose between kaaanoon, kohraa, mahal, woh kaun thee? anita, hamraaz and may be a few more like these.

The only additional clue is that it is a black and white movie and not colour so it is likely to be a movie made before 1970.

I will attempt this later during the day.

The film is not too old.

I found the answer in less than 5 minutes and the answer is "Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar"
