पानी


अगर आप वजन कम करना चाहते हैं तो आपको ज्*यादा मेहनत करने की जरूरत नही बस यह आसान सा नुस्खा अपनाइए। पानी की मात्रा बढ़ा दीजिए। दिन में 2-3 लीटर पानी व तरल पदार्थ लें। पानी न सिर्फ फैट कम करता है, बल्कि शरीर से जहरीले तत्वों को भी निकालता है। यह भूख कम करता है और कब्ज रोकता है। खाने के 15 मिनट बाद घूंट-घूंट कर गर्म पानी पीना चाहिए

संतरा


संतरा वजन कम करने में मदद करता है इसमें फाइबर और विटामिन सी भरपूर मात्रा में होने के कारण चयापचय को बढ़ावा देता है और वजन घटाने में मदद करता हैं। संतरे के मौसम में इसके नियमित सेवन से मोटापा कम होता है और बिना डाइटिंग किए ही आप अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं।

सूखे फल


ड्राई फूड में ताजा फलों की तुलना में ज्यादा कैलोरी होती है। यदि आप एक कप ड्राई फूड खाते हैं तो आपके शरीर में 400 कैलोरी की मात्रा बढ़ेगी। इसके विपरीत यदि आप ताजे फल खायेंगे तो आपकी बॉडी को कम कैलोरी मिलती है और यह आपके स्वास्थ्य के लिए ज्यादा फायदेमंद है

अंडा


अंडे में खूब सारा प्रोटीन पाया जाता है साथ ही इसमें केवल 70 प्रतिशत कैलोरी ही होती है। इसमें अमीनो एसिड होता है जो प्रोटीन का अहम हिस्*सा होता है। लेकिन सबसे अहम अमीनो एसिड जो कि अंडे में पाया जाता है वह ल्*युसीन होता है। यह कम्*पोनेंट आपका वजन कम करने में मदद करता है
